in Tacoma, Washington.
What we do
We provide counseling and treatment for a wide variety of mental health issues. We provide services for children, teens, adults and families, and also offer couples counseling. At our affiliated clinic, "Select Services by OPS," we administer a broad range of psychological tests and assessments.
We are a local, Puget Sound-area behavioral health clinic, not a huge, impersonal company based in another state. While we can see our clients via telehealth when necessary, we also believe in meeting with our clients face-to-face when possible, unlike large, online-only therapy clearinghouses. We live and work in this community. We have deep roots here, and we support various local nonprofit organizations.

In couples therapy, we teach skills that improve intimacy and friendship in your relationship, while helping to positively manage conflict. We offer five options for couples:
